Vishal has become a famous action hero with his recent hit Pandem Kodi. In order to cash in on his action hero image, yet another action flick of Vishal in Tamil Timiru has been dubbed into Telugu. The film has all the ingredients that could attract the mass audiences with lots of action scenes, sizzling duets with three heroines including Reema Sen, Shreya Reddy and Kiran Rathode. The director had succeeded in keeping all the commercial elements in tact to attract the frontbenchers. Moreover, the character was like tailor-made for Vishal.
Ganesh (Vishal) is the lone son to his parents and theirs is a very happy family. Ganesh's paternal uncle is a police officer (Bhanuchander). Ganesh pursues his medicine course. Ganesh and his parents are on their way to a temple, when they come across Eswari (Shreya Reddy) who is threatening a family for repayment of loan. However, she had a confrontation with Amala (Reema Sen), who tried to pacify the situation. When Eswari disrobes Amala, Ganesh comes to her rescue. To teach Eswari a lesson, Ganesh bashes the goons who were following her and disrobes her. So Eswari is out to get Ganesh married in a month. In fact, Eswari is a loving sister of two money lenders (Manoj K Jain and IM Vijayan). However, Ganesh foils her attempts and in the melee Eswari gets an accidental death. Before her death, Eswari asks her brothers to take revenge against Ganesh and to see him not to married to anyone. To save Ganesh from the clutches of Eswari's brothers, Ganesh's uncle sends him to Vizag and keeps it secret. However, Amala happens to be the daughter of Vishal's professor in medical college. When some students try to kill Amala to take revenge against the professor, Vishal saves her. Now Amala comes to know that it is Ganesh, who rescued her again. The goons of Eswari gang are after Ganesh and finds him in Vizag. One of the brothers of Eswari (IM Vijayan) also dies in a clash with Ganesh. Now the elder brother escapes from the jail and decide to take revenge against Ganesh and kidnaps Amala. Ganesh teaches him a good lesson and explains them that the bloodshed and revenge are of no use saying that they don't know the value of life but being a doctor he knows about it very well as it is the doctors who give life instead of taking them. With this, the story ends on a happy note.
