What happens when she discovers the truth? Would Sid cook up another story to hide the lies for yet another set of deceit?Watch out Raghu Ram, the ‘Roadies’ guy, as he delivers a stunning and acceptable performance as Sid’s best friend and confidante.

Abbas Tyrewala helped launch Imran Khan’s bollywood career with his hit ‘Jaane tu… Ya Jaane Na’. He is now all set to entertain audiences again with his new movie ‘Jhootha Hi Sahi’. John Abraham will be playing the lead role in the film and cast opposite him is the director’s wife, Pakhi, who has also written the screenplay for the film. Pakhi apparently had to go through four screen tests before Tyrewala gave her the role. Having played a myriad of roles in his acting career so far, John will be seen in yet another avatar. This time it’s that of a geek. The music of Jhootha Hi Sahi has already been released and is slowly climbing the chartbusters. The album has been composed by A.R Rahman and features some catchy songs. The story traces the friendship (and then love) between Sid and Mishka which is forged over the phone. In order to impress her though Sid makes up several lies which to his friends are amusingly unbelievable. Caught in the web of lies the lives of the couple go through a series of dramatic turns. Supporting the lead pair are actors Raghu Ram, Manasi Scott and Anaitha Nair. R Madhavan is said to feature in the film in a cameo role. The music of the movie has been composed by the maestro of Bollywood music – A.R Rahman. The movie’s working title ,‘1800-Love’, was later changed in favour of Jhootha… after the film makers realised it didn’t quite relate to the film. This will be John’s second release within two months following the late August release of Aashayein. While the latter didn’t quite create much of an impact, the actor will be hoping for a better response this time around.
